The Chats list

Chats shows one row for each driver-and-passenger pair. You can narrow the list down using the search box.

What’s in each row

Each row is a group chat that includes that driver, that passenger, and company staff. Company staff can read the conversation and send messages in it.

How it’s different from the passenger–driver 1:1 chat

This is separate from the private 1:1 chat between the passenger and driver (on the passenger’s side, this is Chatting with your driver). Company staff can’t open that private chat.
